Lumion Accounts tend to work in the background. They will play a more dominant role when other plans are put in place by IT - meaning completely removing the option 2 feature in the Getting started with Lumion email to direct download the Download Manager.
Some customers think that, if they have ordered Lumion, an account is set up automatically, but that is currently not the case. They are requested to do that themselves.
The account is a customer's go-to for downloading Lumion and getting access to prior versions.
They can also do that via the self-service External Knowledge Base.
We don't have much in there as yet, and most cases are covered in the Tickets or occasionally in the IKB.
